"Asthma Blues"© is the brand-new innovative asthma education music CD from CTK Clinical Consultants that delivers key concepts of asthma management. "Asthma Blues"© translates the goals of the NHLBI Expert Panel Report 3 into music. "Asthma Blues"© also delivers 5 of the 6 Priority Messages from the 2008 Guidelines Implementation Panel (GIP) Report while addressing one of the GIP Report’s core themes, Communication. Another GIP Report core theme, Patient/Provider Support, is highlighted by empowering patients with evidence-based messages and information that help them to partner with their physician to take an active role in their therapy and treatment decisions. Through this empowerment, "Asthma Blues"© supports and promotes the physician-patient relationship.
